Quick answer

What is PanamaRegistrar?

PanamaRegistrar is a domain registration service under Panamanian jurisdiction, paid in crypto with no ID upload: we act on Panamanian court orders, not on unverified complaints. A .com costs $11.99 a year, the same to renew. Phishing, malware, botnets, child abuse material and fraud are still suspended on a documented report, as of October 2026.

What happens when someone complains about your domain

The same five steps for every complaint. The full version, with time limits, is on the takedown procedure page.

  1. Received and logged

The complaint gets an automatic acknowledgement with a reference number. It is counted in the next transparency report, whatever happens next.

  2. Sorted into a track

Every complaint is sorted under our abuse policy into one of two tracks. With Domain protection, it is also read by a person before any action on the domain.

  3. Strict exceptions

Phishing, malware, botnets and fraud that takes victims' money: suspended within 24 hours of a well-documented report. Child abuse material: immediately, and the URLs are reported to NCMEC.

  4. Everything else waits for a court

Copyright, defamation, political or competitor complaints need a decision that binds us, such as a Panamanian court decision. Foreign judgments go through exequatur first.

  5. You are told

We write to your verified email before any action on your domain, unless the law or the court order forbids it, with what was received and what we did.

One price per extension, every year

The first year, each renewal and a transfer cost the same. Every row links to the extension's page: its registry, the country where that registry sits, and its rules.

Questions people ask first

Will my domain be suspended if someone complains?

Not on a complaint alone. A complaint about copyright, defamation or politics, or one from a competitor, needs a decision from a Panamanian court; a foreign judgment must first be recognised in Panama by exequatur before the Supreme Court. Phishing, malware, botnets, child sexual abuse material and fraud that takes money from victims are the exceptions: they are suspended on a well-documented report. See the takedown procedure.

Can a foreign court still reach my domain?

Yes, through the registry. PanamaRegistrar answers to Panamanian courts, but each extension's registry sits in its own country: Verisign, the .com and .net registry, is in Reston, Virginia, so a United States court can order it directly. Our registrar partner, shown in the RDAP record, also answers to the courts of its own country. That is why the registry jurisdiction index lists the country of every registry we sell.

Do you check my identity?

No. There is no ID document, no selfie and no ID number. The domain is in your name, and the only contact data we collect is one email per domain, which you confirm: ICANN rules require the registrant's email to be verified within 15 days. It is never published. See no-KYC domain registration.

What does Domain protection add?

For +$29 a year on top of the domain price: the domain is registered in the name of DomaineGoat LLC, so the registry and WHOIS show our company, never you, and you can take it back in your own name for free; a transfer lock is on by default; we hold only your email; and every complaint is read by a person before any action on the domain. That last point exists only with the option. Details: Domain protection.

How do I pay?

In crypto only: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. You top up a balance (minimum $25) and register, renew or transfer from it. A .com costs $11.99/year. Monero is not accepted. See paying in crypto.
