- We act on Panamanian court orders, not on unverified complaints. Copyright, defamation, political or competitor complaints do not get a domain suspended without a decision that binds us, such as a Panamanian court decision; a foreign judgment must first be recognised in Panama by exequatur (takedown procedure).
- Data disclosure, in one rule. We release the data we hold only when Panamanian law requires it (a Panamanian court or prosecutor's order), or in a UDRP case (data disclosure).
- Who registers the domain: DomaineGoat LLC is a Panamanian company without its own ICANN accreditation. Domains are registered through our ICANN-accredited registrar partner (about).
- Strict exceptions, written openly: phishing, malware, botnets and fraud that takes money from victims are suspended within 24 hours of a well-documented report; child sexual abuse material is handled immediately, and the URLs are reported to NCMEC; reports to [email protected] need no account (report abuse).
- The procedure is public: you are told before any action on your domain, unless the law or the court order forbids it, and we confirm every order with the court or prosecutor's office that issued it, through its official contact details, before acting (complaints, court orders).
- Honest about registries: each extension's registry sits in its own country (Verisign in the United States for .com, DENIC in Germany for .de) and can act under its own law.
